Vegas Passport LLC. a Nevada limited liability company hereinafter referred to as VPLLC. Although VPLLC works in good-faith with resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries thereof, and with the public to offer "VIP-line / no-cover" packages to a number of Las Vegas nightlife establishments, VPLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries thereof, are not responsible for any admissions related problems or issues you may experience with Vegas Passport nightclub credentials. VPLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries thereof, do not guarantee any VIP services of any kind at any of the establishments listed or in the included packet. Terms of admission may change at the sole discretion of any of the participating establishments listed in the packet. The holder of the Vegas Passport has the ultimate responsibility to make sure the information in said passes are current and accurate. Certain blackout dates and exclusions apply. Holder is further responsible for following: all venue rules, dress codes, restrictions, etc. of each of the included establishments. VPLLC, resellers, and subsidiaries thereof, shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person or entity involved with VPLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries thereof. VPLLC are not responsible for any inconvenience that may ensue, if you are denied access for any reason, including but not limited to the above mentioned. Clubs and Venues are subject to change without notice. VPLLC is not responsible for time spent in VIP line. Vegas Passport printed material has no cash value.

*No matter who you are or what type of access credential you carry, when a club reaches maximum capacity NO ONE gets in due to Fire Code regulations; Vegas-Passport and nightclub venues must follow local and state fire-codes and are not responsible for inconveniences based upon LAW. That said.... Passport suggests that you get to the most popular clubs early, see review book for details.

Return Policy

1. Package(s) must be 100% complete for a refund and returned within 30 days of redemption.
2. Mail complete package to: Vegas Passport 3070 W. Post Rd. Las Vegas NV 89118. Include Name, address, phone number and copy of receipt/voucher with confirmation number.
3. If package is not 100% complete it will be mailed back to the customer.
4. Some resellers reserve the right to no refunds. Expedia, Northwest, Continental etc… 5. All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
6. There are no cancellations or refunds on VIP Hosted Entry, Table and One Pass sales.
7. Limo bookings: Client will be responsible and forfeit full fare if cancellation without written notice to Vegas Passport occurs within (7) business days of scheduled start date.
